02Vision
Anticipate.
Do not merely react.
To become an internationally recognized authority in counterterrorism education, behavioral threat assessment, tactical K9 operations, and security-system development.
ISTK9’s vision is to equip agencies, organizations, handlers, and security professionals with the knowledge, systems, and operational capabilities necessary to anticipate evolving threats rather than merely react to them.
By combining Israeli operational experience, international best practices, behavioral science, advanced K9 methodology, and continuous threat analysis, ISTK9 seeks to help reduce terrorism, violent crime, operational vulnerabilities, and preventable loss of life worldwide.
03Purpose
Transfer knowledge.
Build practical systems.
ISTK9 was established to transfer operational knowledge developed in high-threat environments into practical systems that can be used by law-enforcement agencies, government organizations, security professionals, K9 units, and qualified civilian clients.
Israel has operated under persistent military, terrorist, and security threats since its establishment. This reality has required Israeli professionals to continuously develop and refine intelligence systems, counterterrorism procedures, tactical methodologies, technological solutions, and specialized K9 capabilities.
ISTK9’s purpose is to responsibly teach, adapt, and apply relevant Israeli and international methodologies to contemporary threats. This includes educating personnel, strengthening K9 programs, identifying operational weaknesses, developing improvement protocols, and preparing people and dogs to perform effectively during real-world incidents.
The central principle is simple: organizations facing evolving threats cannot afford to remain reactive. They must identify vulnerabilities, anticipate emerging risks, and prepare before an incident occurs.
